Well I've thought Putin can suck a giant dick for years; fairly obvious he's a power hungry individual rights shitting fuckface. Russians seem to like that though, although I can't really speak with authority since I've not been there and don't know that much about their culture/country.I'm starting to think that Putin is the modern Edwin Edwards to some of you. The attitudes people had about Edwards was always something like "Well, he lied, cheated, stole, gambled, whored, cheated some more, bribed, and who knows what else...but he was a good 'ol boy all the same". Somehow his exploits became something to marvel over and semi-respect even at the same time as grudgingly admitting they might be less than honorable. He was always spoken of in half-laughing tones rather than the rage he should have inspired, and after he finally went to jail for the shit he pulled there was a clear majority of people who supported pardoning him.
Any time Putin does something outrageous that tone comes through clearly here. You guys do realize that this means Putin is a liar and a thief right? The reaction people have to him is kind of strange to me.
Kraft better watch his back. Russian mafia KGB style is no joke. He could be quartered before next weekend.
Why would poontang lie. He is much wealthier than Kraft and could buy the patriots many times over. He even offered to gift Kraft with another ring
That's a good point but I'd probably be a bit intimidated in front of Putin. I'd like to say "Eat my dick son, gimme that ring back" but I'd probably not.Frankly, if Putin took the ring in the manner Kraft was saying then you need to speak up right then or STFU. By his own account, regardless, he gave it too him.
If that occurred to me like that, I would have blatantly said "fuck you. give that shit back." and turned it into a physical conflict (that I would lose), but I'd hopefully get the ring back.
Sounds like Kraft got hussled. TBH, I'm not sure if I should object as an American. Don't want Russians walking all over us and shit.
"On Thursday night, Kraft told the crowd that he really wanted the 4.94-carat bauble back, admitting he'd gotten a call from the George W. Bush-run White House, saying, 'It would really be in the best interest of United States-Soviet relations if you meant to give the ring as a present.' "It's just like Obama to try to intimidate someone into not talking in yet another effort to cover up the truth.
