What PSU is required for say, an E4300 overclock to 3.00Ghz+?

As long as you dont expect to put an 8800gtx in it....

3ghz should likely be done with a stock vcore or close to it.....

Something like perhaps an 8600Ultra would be okay though? Just trying to plan a build that I might undertake in a month or two.
