What PS fits my Sony Desktop?

I have a sony PCV-RS720G desktop. Looking at the spec sheet and the owners manual
I can't tell what type of power supply fits my case. http://esupport.sony.com/US/pe...ments.pl?mdl=PCVRS720G

I believe it's a proprietary PS. The reason why I think this, is when my HD crash a couple of years ago, Best Buy couldn't just replace it from an in store HD. I had to wait for them to special order the HD because they said I have a "special" power supply.

So what's so special about my power supply? Can't I just get a new PS from new egg? If so how do I go by figuring out what fits my case and what type?

ouch, that just screams proprietary PSU out the door. there were a couple manufacturers up until about that time (sony being the worst offender) that boxed their prebuilt systems with proprietary PSU connector layouts so you couldnt just buy one off the shelf and toss it in as a replacment. some of them didnt even FIT in a standard ATX case because they changed the dimensions so it physically wouldnt line up. if the PSU will line up properly and fit inside the case, you CAN rewire the connectors using a molex pin extractor (there are guides on line for how to do this), but it will be easier to just order one from them. on the flip side, the special order PSU will probably be some stupid priced box that isnt worth the value of the parts inside anymore. take a look at what it would cost to just replace the system before going and ordering another proprietary part
