I hate bloat so not much.

Sygate Personal Firewall
nForce Tray Options (mostly audio controls in there)
Autosizer
Various Windows Services I may or may not need
 
Only what's absolutely necessary is allowed to run on my system at startup:
  • Folding@Home 4 CLI
  • Adobe Gamma Loader
  • Epson Status Monitor 3 Environment Check 2
  • FAH LogStats
  • MBM 5
 
Guys, it easy to remove the quicktime task from ever starting up again. Kill the process (if running) and then simply rename qttask.exe to something else (i.e. qttask.die) and it will never start up again. 😀
