What program to use to downconvert alot of pics?

I need a program to downconvert about 70 jpegs that are almost 1meg each to about 75K each.
Anyone know of a program that will do this without having to do each one individually ?
 
Paint Shop Pro has a Batch Conversion tool.

Select all the files, choose your file type, select amount of compression (if app.), select destination dir, and compress away.
 
Hmm.. I use ACDSee .. I dont think it has a batch converter though, you'd have to do it one by one.
