What program do you guys use to rip and code MP3s off of CDs? The one I've got only makes WMA files and I can't get anything higher than 128-kbps. What do you recommend? Thanks. :)

I like audiocatalyst. It uses the audiograbber engine but has a superfast built in codec that is as good as Fraunhof and encodes up to 360kps but does it 20x faster.

:Q:Q:Q Xing encoder is notorious for being the WORST out there. Terrible pops and clicks and the sound is real nasty. Of course if you're only using computer speakers, or only encoding at 128 or less, than go ahead. But I use AudioGrabber with the LameMP3 or the Cracked Fraunhofer codec and it is BEAAAAUUUTTIOUS! ;)

I've never had ANY problems with MusicMatch Jukebox, works great. Only worth the DL if you have a working key though. :p
