Looking for a program that works with an Asus P4S533 w/ Samsung PC2700 RAM to monitor timings and frequency. I got CPU-z but it doesn't show anything except for the amount of memory.

My version of cpu-z (v1.12) shows my memory timings. It's on the "Memory" tab. Mine are 2-2-2-5 according to cpu-z.

Unless your profile is out of date, your mobo is different from mine, which is a P4S533. Anyone know how to get CPUz to work on it or have a program that will do the same thing?

No, my profile is up to date BUT I can also see mem timings on a P4/Intel MoBo/Crucial box, and a Athlon/EPoX MoBo/Kingmax box using cpu-z, so I don't think it's too finicky. Maybe it's your SIS chip that doesnt go down well with cpu-z? It doesn't seem to mind Intel or AMD/Via though.

BTW: My own RAM is Corsair but it's using Samsung chips, FWIW.

Don't have any other suggestions. It's not easy finding an app that accurately shows memory timings. Sandra seems OK with frequency, but not CAS settings....
