What program to display largest files and folders on drive?

There are several free ones, but I've only tried GetFolderSize. It works great, though I don't know how it compares to others.
 
Spacemonger is a what I use. It is has the best name, and thus should be optimal.

SSD full :
Disable hibernate... I just found a 6gb lump of space that way.

Sleep still works with hibernation disabled, just not hybrid sleep or direct hibernation. Hybrid sleep would dump your RAM to the disk just in case you lost power or needed to stop powering RAM for whatever reason. Basically, you can nix hibernation if you're not worried about freqent power outages (ie: laptop, shoddy power grid, etc).

Fourthed. I wish it would work faster (especially on an SSD), but it gets the job done, and laying it out graphically really gets the point across as to what is eating your space.
 
Yet another vote for WinDirStat.

For what it's worth, it seems to do everything that TreeSize's free version advertises, and more.
 
I've been using SequoiaView for this purpose since the dawn of time. Will have to look into Windirstat.
