What program do I use for Temp. Monitoring and Fan Speed Control?

I use ATITool for OC'ing, but the temp. graph does not come up. What program can I use to monitor the fanspeed and temp on my x800gto? DO i need to instal the catalyst control panel?

in ATI tool go to "settings" and then "Fan control" in the scroll down window
