What program can convert into H264 encoding?

Do you know of any programs that can convert videos into H264? It can be free or not free, thanks in advance.

Fairuse Wizard if you're talking DVD. Nero Recoder.. MediaCoder

MeGUI + x264 codec. Free, and excellent quality/compression. Can use more than one core. Guide is available on that forum.
