what processor can i upgrade to w/ a secc1 slot 1 p2 400 existing cpu.

How I can overclock my gateway g6-400 November 1998 system. There are no jumpers on my motherboard and my BIOS software won't let me adjust anything, what do I do?
I have a 200 watt power supply and an asus 7700 deluxe agp card a 120 mm fan blowing in the front, 2- 80 mm blowing out the back and an alpha 1ho dual fan heat sink on my p2 secc 1 processor w/ 256 Mb ram. please help

You should be able to upgrade to any Slot-1 P3 Coppermine with 100MHZ FSB. Or, you could use a slotket and go with a socketed P3. The key is to stick with a 100MHZ FSB CPU.
