What problems to expect with peltier?

Yep condensation. also you could have problems if you dont cool the hot side enough or if you dont use a cold plate.

What the 2 Gentlemen before me said &... Enuff Power to the Peltier is also a Major concern, if not enuff, the peltier will actually heat the cpu.

What Big Lar is saying is the rating on the peltier must exceed the part it is trying to cool. Say a typical Athlon 1GHz runs at 50 watts +. If you overclock it, it can go up to 70 watts easy. So a 72 watt peltier probably wont cut it. If you get too big of a one, then you can create a whole different kinda mess, freezing and condensation. And I wouldn't suggest using a peltier without a water cooling setup, its really the only way to remove that kinda heat (Chips 70+ watts and the peltier's 85+ watts) or you will lock up from your mobo or your video card overheating cuz you system temp will get into the 40's.
