What printer to get in the 300-400 CD Range?

I want to get a printer that will be quiet and will print out preatty good color pictures, B/W text/pictures and is good for school. Like I said 300-400 CD (Canadian Dollars) is my budget, No higher, maybe lower, but I want a printer that will last a couple of years or so, meaning I'm aiming for a printer that won't suck after 3 months. 2nd Priority is low maintence, this would be a benefit, but is not required.

Oh ya, I was also looking at the HP DeskJet 952c or some number close to that... any good?

I have the HP 932c and I think it is a great printer. It is going for 200 canadian at Future Shop. I have had one for about 4 months now and it hasn't given me any trouble and the output is great. It's fairly fast and extremely quiet compared to the Canon 4200 that i used to have. Now that printer was a piece of crap. Anyway I don't think you can go wrong with HP. Hope this helps.

yeah for ease of use, HP is pretty much king of printers (ink jets that is).

Epson is IMHO king of quality prints when it comes to ink jets, though they need to have the cartridges include the print heads like the HP's in order to get better ease of use (again, IMHO).
