WHAT power supply should I get from this list?

My current one sucks and emits high pitched noises.

I have found these:

Antec PP412X 400W PSU (a model from their older series of power supplies, not the truepower or solution series) - $35

Sparkle 350W Power G PSU - $22

Nspire 350W PSU - $33 (not sure of quality, but it looks like its good quality)

The Antec, for sure. The SL400 is a good psu.

Its not the SL400 though, its the predecesser to it, the PP412X, also similiar to the PP403X.

If the Sparkle has a FSP model number, then that.
If not, Antec all the way.

I would either buy the sparkle in the same watt range with the FSP model no. or the Enlight 360W unit (very good at the price - the ones above or below it in watt ratings are not as good).

I am running a 3.3ghz intel p4 on this rig. If a 420watt craptastic raidmax can give me stable voltage and handles it well, I really think a 350watt spi or 350watt antec will handle it too.
