Antec 300Watt PSU and I run the following:

AMD Barton 2800+
Abit NF7-S v2.0 mobo (latest BIOS)
OCZ 512MB PC3200
Sapphire ATI 9800 Pro (latest catalyst drivers) - this is a bear, I hear.
2 HDDs
DVDRW
DVDRom

So what cha think ? I may have to get a new one... what's the minimum I should be at ?

I would suggest at least 350-400W with a 9800pro....especially if you are overclocking..

Enermax 460 here....great PSU!

the machine is off right now since it's shutdown on me 4 times today...

I do know that the -12V rail was constantly out of range (-13.00 max and the value was always -13.27). THOUGH, I heard the -12V was no longer used on newer boards... is this true ? I just disabled the alarm. Everything else was in range according to ABIT EQ.

that link recommends i use a 444 watt psu (seems a little high on the hard drives and not enough on the cpu/mem) :)
of course we both know that overclocked components use a good amount more juice too

good link listed above btw
