I don't know but let's look at your story:

1. the government shouldn't interfere with people's individual rights

Everybody thinks that. The real questions usually involve where your rights end and somebody else's rights begin.

2. the federal government should be as small as possible and should provide only what is called for in the constitution

Everybody believes that. The debate is about how small is possible and what's in the Constitution.

3. the federal government shouldn't impose morality (abortion, gay marriage, stem cell research, etc) on people

Everybody believes that., but then why does it impose laws at all? What business does the government have is telling me not to shoot my neighbor. This is not about imposing morality, but the laws of the constitution which some claim extend to the fetus.

4. the federal government should err on the side of protecting constitutional rights rather than protecting us from threats (terrorism). Ben Franklin said "those who would sacrafice liberty for safety deserve neither liberty nor safety"

Everybody believes that what they impose comports with the Constitution.

5. government spending is out of control, but that isn't too say I oppose social programs, but rather I disagree with the way our money is spent

Everybody believes that.

6. rather than making wars the government should be finding ways to get us out of debt

Everybody believes that. War is always about money and national advantage.

I will get off my soap box now, but I guess I just needed to express myself. But to my original question...what party am I ACTUAL?

You are like everybody else.

wikipedia does... what was it? the whip party?

Millard Fillmore - Whig party

The Whigs were a thrown together attempt to rebuild something similar to the Federalist party with which to oppose the Republicans.

You mean to oppose the Democrats right? The Republican party was made up mostly of northern Whigs.

Where you fall based on what you posted as seen from a conservative.

1. the government shouldn't interfere with people's individual rights
Republicans want to legislate your morality
Democrats want to legislate you economically
Neither party is perfect on individual rights
2. the federal government should be as small as possible and should provide only what is called for in the constitution
Traditionally this is certainly a Republican view point, however Bush had turned that on its head. However, based on the overall views of each party you are far better off long term with Republicans on this issues than Democrats. Democrats still believe that the government can solve any problem in our country.
3. the federal government shouldn't impose morality (abortion, gay marriage, stem cell research, etc) on people
Seems like a Democratic point of view.
4. the federal government should err on the side of protecting constitutional rights rather than protecting us from threats (terrorism). Ben Franklin said "those who would sacrifice liberty for safety deserve neither liberty nor safety"
Another Democrat point of view
5. government spending is out of control, but that isn't too say I oppose social programs, but rather I disagree with the way our money is spent
Well without knowing what type of spending you approve this one is hard to call.
6. rather than making wars the government should be finding ways to get us out of debt
Seems to be a Democrat point of view

Seems like you have more Democratic points of view than Republican. However, on some of the views expressed the parties contradict themselves. For instance, the Democrats claim that they want less defense spending and lower debt, but may in fact just take that money and put it into more social programs etc.

By then they did call themselves Democrats, but they really were Jeffersonian Republicans IIRC. The Wigs were mostly old Federalists and unhappy former Republicans.

The names have switched around a few times in our political history so I forget sometimes.

Isn't that a state, not federal, law, that just happens to be there in every state?

For the most part, I'd agree; however, #2 is questionable. As you originally stated, the Bush administration has turned that one on its head. There is also an overwhelming majority of Republicans who follow just about everything he does. So which party would be better in the long term in that regard? I don't think anyone can say. That one is purely opinion, as the Republicans could switch back to the way they were, but at the same time, they could stay as they are now.
