I voted: ignorance. IMO this is the flaw that most hurts our society. More accurately I would say people who THINK they know something but really are clueless. Arrogant people are just silly imo, and most everyone hates them, being ignorant is much more accepted, especially given how prevalent it is in our society.

I chose dishonesty. I hate stupid people but they can't help it. And ignorance isn't a big deal because people can learn. I can't stand liars though. And I just ignore arrogant people, because they're worthless.
