Mostly to do with driving:
1) Traffic
2) Rubberneckers!
3) People who don't signal
I'm from NY. There's traffic seemingly on every road around the city and LI. There'd be traffic at 9am on a Sunday... or 3am on any weeknight. WTF?! That's why I like to stay indoors.
Oh yeah...
4) Public Transportation (because I'd need to drive there to even get on it).

1. People who pull out into fast moving traffic and take their time accelerating which causes me to brake or almost rear end them.
2. People who cut into my lane when coming up to a stop light because they want to be the first car at the light and then acclerating slowly when the light turns green.

1. Passive aggressive people that make a big public show of their "innocent" and "persecuted" nature. These same people ask you constantly for favors and then have the nerve to imply in front of others that they have done a lot of hard work and that you have somehow traumatized them. I have learned that this is not a rare thing :|

Seriously here's my list...
-people who abuse other people
-underage drinking
-Freaking hypcrites that attend Church and act like they're a better Roman Catholic than anyone else, while the night before going to bars using fake IDs. I would expect they go to confession every day/week for lying
-destructive people
(It's graduation day at -omitted- University. I'm staying the weekend with some friends who are graduating. It's about half an hour before ceremonies. We hear this low frequency boom. We can't figure out what it is. I head up to the room where I was staying, there's a rotten egg that's been shot THROUGH both of the window panes. We later figure it out to be some punks from the apartment building across. They also dumped flour+water into cars with open windows, threw chairs out from the top of the building, etc)
-bad customer service (I've gotten too much of that lately from various places/companies)
-mild favoritism by professors
(it's more annoying than outright favoritism (which throws out the quality of a student's work)because that can be seen and is clearly illegitimate, but mild favoritism (a student still has to have respectable worth) isn't something you can accuse someone of even if you see trends of it shading grades)
-inefficiency or careless handywork (especially in computer repair/assembly/setup)
Anything else I could think of are probably subcategories under what I already mentioned...
Stop lights that change regardless if a car is waiting or not. I hate waiting at intersections when no-one is there!!!

I am not sure what planet you live on but on this planet DC was just as racist as anyplace else in the US in the past. I suggest you head east 15 miles and see how different eastern PG county is from "DC is anythin BUT racist as the southern areas of this country may be" parts of the country. Isn't DC the place where a white person got fired for using the word niggardly? Also last time I checked Illinois, nickname Land of Lincoln, has never been considered part of the south. Ignorance is not restricted to any particular city or race.
I hope you are not implying that the word "niggardly" is in any way a racist term. Niggardly has nothing to do with race. And I don't believe anyone was fired, because I beleive it was a congressman who used the term. He was forced to apologize though. PC at its worst.
Bad drivers, pulsating brakes on your car, out of balance tires on your car, mechanics that don't set your steering wheel straight after a suspension alignment on your car, SUV's and trucks (I hate trying to see around them on the road), people that talk on cell phones while driving when I'm forced to wear a seat belt by law in Illinois (I wear one anyway, but don't want to be forced to by law if I don't want to). people that talk on cell phones in public and are too loud, Illinois tollway (lousy roads and toll booths that rob you blind and just create traffic tie ups), people that don't return phone calls in my business and when the Anandtech forums are too slow because there is too little bandwidth for us non-subscribing members (effectively turning my broadband connection into nothing more than a 14.4K modem). Phew.. I think that covers most of it.
