Try to lift 3 times a week, I'm on the polevaulting crew, wrestling club, IM football, used to play football in high school, Pittsburgh Submission Fighters Club... and pulling allnighters like crazy. That's gotta be a sport.
Full Court BBall about 3-4 times a week
Rock Climbing 3-4 times a week
Weight Lifting and Running when I can fit them in
also a little Ultimate here and there
I used to teach / compete in TKD, but now I just play RA3 cause I enjoy 1vs1 competition but the virtual abuse goes over better with my non-virtual body.
