What Photoshop Filters or Plugins do you use

im migrating from photoshop 6 to 7 and i have a lot of useless plugins and filters i was just curious what you guys use

I use about a fourth of the default effects.
I suggest you chuck the fancy plugins and explore ways to produce unique effects utilizing the more than adequate tools already available in the program.

I've used AutoFX and Intellihance 4.0 for a quick auto-enhancement of photos. Once you know what you're doing tho you can do a better job, although sometimes its great to see what it does to them, and can help form a basis for improving the photo. When starting out with photoshop I relied on them alot.
