What photo paper do you use with your Canon inkjet / Swiftink ink combo?

I own a Canon i860 printer, which uses BCI6 and BCI 3 cartridges.

Was wondering what others have found to be the best photo paper to use with these Canon i series or Pixma series printers when using Swiftink?

I have a pixma 4000 and a full set of swiftink tanks. No matter what photo paper I use, my photos look like ****** and I take them to walgreens now.

The photos all have tiny dots on them which make them look terrible.

i got the canon 5200.
For photos, i use genuine canon ink and paper.
The only way the photos will last longer than me.

Don't want my grandkids saying their cheap grandpa
ruined all the pictures for them.

I've been told that Kirkland (Costco brand) is very good picture paper. Thats hear-say though.

I use swift ink in my iP3000 and it works very well with Staples mid-grade photo paper (in the blue packaging and called Photo Plus) that is often on sale in one size or another. Just follow the guide sheet in the package of paper re. printer settings.
