Hoison sauce is AWESOME (purple sauec)... I put in like half a cup of of it in my pho (yes I do love it... greatly). Add some sriracha sauce (the red sauce), and it tastes a bit spicy and salty.

I'd get this. I had it my first time, its all part of the experience. If you find something you don't like just don't eat it, but you'll for sure know what you do like for your next visit.
On another note: I love the pho names that places get. We have a Pho Kim Long near me, and a Pho King, too. :beer:
