What performance should I expect from this raid array?

I've setup a raid array using two 1 TB Samsung F3 Spinpoint drives. One is the SJ model, the other HJ. I'm running Windows 7, using the on-board RAID controller from my Asus p7p55 lx motherboard. The array was created using the 128k cache size.

I'm getting around 195 mb/s max, 155mb/s average, and 11.8ms seek times using HD Tune 2.55.

I've installed the Intel Rapid Storage technology, is this a good/bad move? If bad, is it possible to uninstall, or should I just leave it be? I've also enabled write-caching.

Anything else I could do to improve performance?

sounds good. 128k stripe size?

write-caching - make sure the system never loses power nor gets reset or shut off - otherwise i'd turn that back off.
