1. My Live! Value, I can't believe I've had it for two years. Biggest piece of crap ever. Conflicts everywhere.
2. My MSI BXmaster, lots of problems. All of them went away when switching to the ASUS CUSL2. Never again MSI.

2 systems ago i used a tyan pentium motherboard, and i had to make dumb little rubber rings to put everywhere i screwed the board into the case, or there would be a grounding problem and the system would not boot
it was really really annoying to try to get those rubber rings to stay to put the screws through them

My biggest head ache would have been the graphics card... Too me hours to figure everything out and get it running. But finally with a little bit of force, it worked... And also I have to clean my case cause the fans always get clogged with dust and the other stuff inside the case which also attracts dust.

Motherboard (system) stability. Asus A7V with 1GHz TBird and Creative GeForce 2 GTS somehow = a big headache! After a few months of tweaking, finally a video card BIOS flash (reference BIOS from NVidia) and latest VIA 4-in-1 (1.26) drivers along with 1.005a mainboard BIOS (+ tweaks) took care of all the lockups. Whoooooooooooooooo! :D

Its not really hardware, but, more like the software. W2k, Everytime I'd open something and close it (My computer; IE; My Documents; Any type of folder), It'd give me an "explorer.exe" error.

Pissed me off for a while.

Motherboard The FIC 503+ was the most confusing jumper setup I have ever seen on a motherboard.

First of all Windows.

Secondly these annoying little triple fan set for my hard drives which I've got two of that fit in 5.25" slots. 1 of the 6 fans is currently dead and another one sometimes makes really annoying noises and I stick a piece of tape on it to shut it up. I really should have known better than to by the generic crappy fans from Central Computers. I have been too lazy to go out and by some better quality hard drive cooling solutions. I use 10K drives so I need to cool them though.
