I like hot, dry, 360 days sunshine, and no rain. So i'd say someplace in southern new mexico.

Funny how some people hate the snow. I love the snow. Probably because I grew up where it only snowed once each year or two.

your attitude will change if you live somewhere with real winters. Snow is fun when you're a kid...not when you're an adult and you have to clear it and drive in it.

Exactly. Snow is great unless it's YOUR problem. Everyone that is too young to drive in the snow or if they shovel it is doing it voluntarily for $$ loves it. Everyone else....they hate it. I loved snow until I grew up. Now when I see snow I think risky driving and a lot of work shoveling.
And in the Philly area it doesn't even really snow all that much

Well, even as an adult having to drive in it, I hope for snow every winter. But as I said, that's because I grew up where it almost never snowed. And now, I still live where it only snows once or twice a winter at most. I'm sure if I lived where you had to deal with it on a regular basis, I'd hate it.

San Diego, definitely.

San Diego gets hotter than Hell in the summer though. Otherwise, the climate isn't too bad if you have A/C. :D

Drive along I-8 for a little ways until you get to Imperial Valley or Arizona, then you'll get some heat. Right now it's under 70 F where I am in SD out and it cools off at night.

Anway, another vote for SD.

another vote for san diego (well oceanside) although I don't like the marine layer hanging around all of the time.

I haven't lived anywhere else for comparision, but the climate here in Central Upper Michigan isn't too bad. Distinct summer, fall, winter, and spring. Little bit of everything.

I've spent a lot of time in the three major metropolis of CA (LA, SF, SD) and any of the coastal areas are very, very nice. SF is colder and rainer than the other two mainly.

Personally, my dream is to raise a family in PV.

Been living in San Diego for 25 years now. Been to many parts of the country, hated it. San Diego has the best weather period.

I grew up in Orange County, CA, and am now stationed in San Diego. Don't exactly see what all the hype is for SD. Seems exactly the same as the rest of coastal Southern California to me...except that there are too many Marines in san diego. Drives me crazy sometimes.
