I think ASUS P4T533-C should be ok for doing that. My friend just order onr from ATACOM today.(they always have new toys for us so quickly:) ) We will receive it this Thursday. This board allow you to setup the FSB and voltage without wiring the VID's pins. Actually you may also get PC-800 -4ns RDRAM from them. So you can overclock it to 133MHZ FSB and 1066MHZ memory speed maybe more. GOOD LUCK!

Given the price of the P4T-E and the extra built-in features, I didn't think the price on the P4T533 was bad at all. About the same as the Abit TH7II-RAID.

GC88 I hope you'll update us on your friend's experience with overclocking on the P4T533. I understand that there's no voltage mod available for the RDRAM (as there is on the P4T-E), which has me wondering if we'll be able to stay with the X4 multiplier. I'm also curious to know what memory clock chips he finds on the P4T533.

Thanks!

The Abit TH7-II is supposed to be one of the top RDRAM motherboards on the market. It comes with and without RAID.

Many have had success with the ABIT TH7II and ASUS P4T-E, but I would get a P4T533 board.

Memory is just starting to surface. Look for 40ns PC800 or PC1066. Both will support the 533FSB (4x133).
