People assume the 65W will overclock better since it's design to run at a lower voltage than the 90W at the same clock so it must be a better yield to do this.
The CPU architecture ultimately determines how far an AMD K8 will scale.

Umm .. no.
Anyway didn't people find the 90w X2 3800's OC better?!
I never followed the results. But what i do know is AMD used different transistors (low leakage transistors) which results in minimal overclocks over stock.
