Apart from computers, what else do you sink vast quantities of money into?

Mine are:

1) Hi-fi, permanently upgrading
2) 80's "heritage" videos off *-bay - Jayce, Thundercats, A-team etc. :)
3) Home cinema and DVD's

p.s. Why is the word *-bay edited?

I constantly like to upgrade to a new car. That's expensive. Not sure if it counts as a hobby though :\

Guns get expensive in a hurry. I'd like to get a pre-ban AR15 next, and those aren't cheap.

Snowboarding. After dishing out ~$500 for a board, boots, and bindings then you need mitts ($40), pants ($120), goggles ($30), and some other stuff if you dont already have a hat or jacket. So once I got all that my first year I then had to pay more (er my parents did :)) for lift tickets. About $25 for a full-day on the weekend which is really all I can go since it's about an hour drive away. So $25 every weekend except maybe $40 for some school trips to other places couple times a month. Then throw in the horridly expensive lodge food. Lotsa money! Then this year I need all new board, boots, etc.. since everything is too small or junk now.

Fishing would have to be one of them, always wanting new and more fishing equipment. The big spender category still belongs to my constant need to upgrade pc equipment. (i dont know if i can call it a need or a want?)

my reef aquraium. i dont involve myself in the hobby anymore. ever since i setup my aquarium and learned about all the destruction the hobby does, i felt very bad and decided to no longer purchase wild animals for my pleasure, so i propagate corals for fun. i still feel responisble for what i did buy hence the reason why i still have the tank. it is 95% homegrown!

bodybuilding/weight training

I spend $150-175 every month on supplements alone. And then there's all the FOOD I buy to maintain my six meal a day diet (tons of milk, fruits, etc)!! Since I'm still in school, I don't have to pay for a gym membership..but then again, I'm graduating in May

Definetely my car and home audio systems.
When I'm not doing that, I'm either putting $$$ into either my car (not audio related) or power tools (I love this new 32cc Kgro 17inch straight shaft --- deaf in 60 seconds :D)
