yea, I'm gonna max out the RAM. I'm just a little scared because I don't want to get killed by CRT discharge when I reach inside the computer. For the RAM, Is any DDR ram compatible with the eMac?
Can I download (Legally) 10.5 Leopard update for my eMac or buy it somewhere? I don't care much about performance, I just wanted to learn the basics of Mac.

That's a whole lot easier than I thought. Thanks. I'll check on Amazon and eBay for leopard. Is it licensed with activation and all like XP/Vista/7 so I'll need a new copy?

Yea, I found the RAM slots. It was a lot easier than I thought. I upgraded with a PC3200 400MHz stick I had from one of my older computers and it worked wonders. So much faster already. I'll try to find another 512 and put it in. If PC2700 and 1GB is the max it can go, I'll save some money and find 1 x 1GB or 2 x 512 or at PC2700. How do I check what RAM speed I'm running at? Is that possible?
