What NVMe SSDs have PCIe 3.0 x 2 controllers?

Here are some that I found:

Intel 8000p Memory (Intel proprietary controller with 16GB and 32GB Optane)
Intel 800p SSD (Intel proprietary controller with 58GB and 118GB Optane)
ADATA XPG SX6000 (Realtek RTS5760 with 3D TLC NAND, 128GB to 1TB capacity)
MyDigitalSSD SBX (Phison E8 with 3D TLC NAND, 128GB to 1TB capacity)
Lite-On MU X (Phison E8 with 3D TLC NAND, 128GB and 256GB capacity)
Western Digital SN520: (DRAM-less In house controller (without HMB support) using Sandisk 64L 3D TLC NAND, 128GB to 512GB capacity)

Still looking for an SSD with Marvell 88NV1160.

P.S. I am mostly interested in this for the purposes of organizing various 120GB and 128GB NVMe SSDs. With that noted I am also interested (as comparison) in PCIe 3.0 x 4 controllers like SM2263 and SM2263XT which have 4 channels (like PCIe 3.0 x 2 controllers) rather than the typical 8 channels. (re: four "small die" 256Gb 64L 3D NAND dies would be able to make use of all 4 channels).

SSDs with PCIe 3.0 x4 quad channel controllers:

Mushkin Helix-L (Silicon Motion SM2263XT, 120GB to 1TB capacity)

With the industry moving on to 512Gb 64 layer 3D TLC I do wonder how many SSDs will still be using 256Gb 64 layer 3D TLC (which is necessary if four channels of PCIe 3.0 x2 (or PCIe 3.0 x 4) controller are to be saturated at the 120GB/128GB capacity level)?

Maybe SK Hynix 14nm MLC could be an option?
