NF7-S, 2600 XP Mobile, IQYHA 0401
Mushkin DDR PC3500 512mb(2x256) Level 1, Timing 2-3-3-7
Slk947U, The fan I ordered is lost in FedEX neverland
(I have a 4in fan hanging on side of the case blowing on CPU/HS)
Video= GeForce 4 MX 440 8x 64mb
Antec Sonata case w/TP380 PS
12.5 x 204

In the BIOS I set vCPU= 1.725, vMem= 2.7

Prime95 ran 12 hours with no errors.
I used Aida32 to monitor temperature & voltage.

While running Prime95
Aida32 reports Motherboard= 26C, CPU=43C, CPUcore=1.68 > 1.70, Dim=2.74
------------------
While Idle
Aida32 reports Motherboard= 20C, CPU=29C, CPUcore=1.73, Dim=2.74

Is the lower reported CPU voltage due to load or is Aida32 not reading properly?

Is there another prog to monitor system stats?

You can try motherboard monitor... if MBM says the same thing, you might have a defective power supply.

I hear that Abit NF7-S tend to undervolt on the vcore. When I'm under load sometimes the vcore drops .04v below stock. Plus when processors are underload the voltage drops. Hope this helps.

That's is absolutely normal. The Abit, @ vcore setting over 1.7v, will generally undervolt by about .025 - .05 v under full load. The Vdimm (memory) will usually overvolt by about .1v. Your PSU is fine, and you seem to have the same batch 2600 XP-M I have, with similar results....enjoy! :)

MBM will give you the same readings as any other monitoring program since they all are getting the information from the same Winbond chip...

:)
