Glad you live somewhere that enforces cars moving on the street. It sucks when they get left in one spot and no one has them cleaned up.
3 days is the law, how good they are enforcing it I have no idea. I presume they would only respond to a complaint, but don't know that they would. Once a month for 3 straight hours you have to not park on the street to allow the street sweeper access (signs are posted). I've gotten a couple tickets when I forgot to move one of my cars. A ticket mobile precedes the sweeper.

One time there was a car parked on my street that did not move for like a week. It was kind of hilarious because the snow plow was just going around it, but not putting any effort into avoiding pushing snow against it probably as a FU basically. By end of the week all you see is the top of the car sticking out from the snow bank.

Honestly the owner is lucky that's all he had to deal with. If the plow driver was a real asshole he could have called the city to get it towed.

Put the poeams and Poe short stories down. Too many murders have captured your mind.:p:D
You know, I think it's not necessary to never think of the gruesome aspects of existence, however Americans do it way way too much. All the excesses of carnage on TV, the movies and the news, it's unhealthy.

i've tried to figure out how to get it to stop!

but the only way i can handle it is to cover up those parts of my body all at once and wait until the feeling goes away

Might be something a professional could help you with.

It may sound like a cliché but I have to suggest therapy. Sounds like classic repression. Maybe something happened to you that scared the heck out of you and you can't remember it and the symptom is irrational fear. Therapy or some other technique might weed this out of you. I mean, you shouldn't have to live with that, OK?

I really like you and assume that if anyone else knows you, they'd like you too. Based on that, anyone that would consider doing that to you would be a complete random stranger.

Avoid strangers, lock your doors at night, and you'll likely be ok....The act of killing that way is messy and enough work that most people don't want to bother with it unless they're really deranged or trying to send a message.

Plus, those "slasher" kinds of deaths are always great for 80s movies. Think you may have seen something scary when you were 9 or 10? The visuals are pretty legit for nightmare fuel, so I always avoided those kinds of movies. (I get scared, so I just try to limit my exposure)

I noticed that in the news that Robin came out as bisexual in the latest Batman comic book.

Now, is that just THAT Robin, or are ALL Robin's in the DC franchise bisexual? If I'm in the Teen Titans Go Universe, for example, should I expect Robin to start hitting on Beast Boy AND Starfire?

Strange, I thought the American has an hopelessly naïve and optimistic streak. So when shit does hit the fan, they get PTSD.

Or maybe I'm wired to be immune to some things.
