What next after a TNTU?

I have a TNTU running at 170/220 with a P3 866 processor and 128Mb memory. I play mainly Q3A and UT. I am thinking of a new video card for about $120-150. Will a GeForce2MX be significantly faster than my current card or should I wait until prices for a DDR Radeon, DDR GeForce or GTS card?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Get a Radeon 32 DDR. They are cheap. Or, for a bit more, a V5 or a GTS are there too.

I have purchased 2 CreativeOEM Geforce2 GTS DDR 32meg cards for $150 last month from decoy on this board.

They might be cheaper now. ATI has had horrible driver support in the past, and although everyone on this board seems to worship ATI and the Radeon, it's going to take more than one decent product to get me to buy ATI again.
