What new card should I get??

I currently use a BFG 6800 GT OC ... yeah, old I know!

I am now right in the middle of building a pretty nice i7 machine, and wanted some opinions on what new GPU I should go with?

Some that I have looked at are...

GTS 250

GTX 260

GTX 280

It would also be from BFG, just since I have had nothing but good luck with them in the past.

Now, I am NOT a heavy gamer at all, I play some COD4, and I will probably get into world at war pretty soon, but I would be playing here and there in my free time. I also am big into photography, and use CS4 alot.

My question is to you guys, what card would you go with, looking at what my usage would consist of?

$178 + shipping for a very powerful card that should last you quite a while. 😉

what res? that card daveybrat listed will probably be the best for the money at 1920 or even 1680 since you will have a good cpu.

1680 is the max I see I can do with what I have right now.. Im guessing thats all my monitor can do? It's a samsung 225bw 22''

The 260 was the one I was leaning towards, and I know pretty much any of them would be a HUGE upgrade from what I am using now huh? lol

yeah I would certainly just go with that gtx260.

GTX 260 it is! I think that should be fine for what I will be using the new PC for anyway..
