What? my G400 has motionblur in GTA3

seems a bit weird, my computer is very unstable at everything so I can only play it for about 2-3 minutes, but instead of getting clear 3d I get everything like my g400 has the famous Voodoo5 motionblur. Is this normal?

how can I taka a screenshot so I could post it here
