I remember this guy. Songs like "The Masochism Tango" and "Poisoning the Pigeons in the Park". I used to listen to a radio program by Dr. Demento out of Philadelphia, PA in the 70's that played stuff like this.

Never knew the original was from David Bowie. I like it a lot.

But even so, the cover from Nirvana is good as well.
