Time to go a little slower (The trick with music is if you go to loud and hard constabtly , mollies are needed and you will not be able to "power down" a little .

Got me a copy of The Remains of Tom Lehrer, "the greatest composer of satirical songs that ever lived." BTW, he's 96 and lives in or near Santa Cruz.
