I hear ya. Lately the NY Lottery has started whistling the Colonel Bogey March in their commercial and I can't stand it. Performing the song three times in high school doesn't help.

The song is recorded in this studio( i think). One of the musicians uses a coffee mock, a tea cup and a knife to create the little bells sound in the song. As can be seen in this recording. I may not always agree with the dj, i do not always agree with his taste in music. But when i do, the song is fantastic.
