The Future Sound of London - Dead Cities
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9D33CBC5654FCC5E

Found out one of my old friends died of a heroin overdose a few weeks ago.
Despite our lack of communication over past however many years. He still had a lasting & profound impact upon my ever-growing eclectic tastes in music.
He made it clear he highly disliked this album when he gave it to me. However, it was my first taste of decent electronic music & I enjoyed every moment of it. Piqued my interest to further delve into electronic musics there after.
I still haven't been more impressed by another electronic album more than this one after all these years. Solid masterpiece.
One of my top played artists according to Last.FM.

I always wondered that lightning may not as random as is often assumed.
High energy particles cause enough ionization and excitation to create a probable path... Breakdown voltage, weak spots (seeding material, foreign material), and ionizing radiation such as cosmic rays, local dips in the earth magnetic field (Not as constant as is often assumed) and magnetic reconnection.
