The 90's were great except for music like that.
In fact only about 1/4 of the music is worth the time it takes to listen to it.
Movies got a crapload better. Home computers improved exponentially. Some car manufacturers got considerably nicer. Some went to shit, but whatever. The general public moving from corded, to cordless, to pagers, to cellular in such a short time was rather amusing to witness.

The music?
Most was not so great. Plus, a ton of good artists and labels completely sold out. And a lot of new junk was started that should never have existed.

Better song and more indicative of the 90's
Shame it got played 300 times a day on every station. Seems almost tiresome now.
