What about Don't Stop Believin? It's a little obscure, you may not have heard of it.

I fucking detest that song, some knuckleheads have started to make it 'the song' to play after the Red Wings score a goal.. you can't get a lamer song to fire up a crowd imo

Had Winamp on shuffle, and occasionally an artist pops up and you wonder what they came up with lately. I think it was 'Devils Haircut' from Beck, so I looked at what he produced and sampled some tracks on Amazon. What I found was an absolutely stunning album that seems to have gone overlooked due to it being such a 'downer' album, but 'Sea Change' is just absolutely brimming with heartache and raw emotion (no doubt directly influenced by Beck's breakup with his GF of 9 years at the time).

After first listen, I loved 'The Golden Age' like it was my favorite song of all time. That lasted about a day, until I came across 'Already Dead'.. holy crap, amazing song !! For another full day, until I encountered 'Paper Tiger'. My NEW favorite song !! Hot damn, the bass and strings combined on this song just take you to another place. I can't remember the last time I found so many songs that grew on me so quickly other than the Chili Peppers 'Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magik'.

More searching turned up 'Morning Phase', a more recent Beck album that sounded very much like Sea Change. That album was a surprise Grammy winner, and once again Kanye decided to open his piehole and express his opinions on the matter and trumpet Beyonce's talent on her album. Writing credits on Beyonce's album - divided among 22 writers. Beck ?? 1. Instruments played by Becks on his album ? 14. Beyonce ? 0. Sweet tracks on 'Morning Phase' include 'Say Goodbye' and 'Morning'.
