Legendary Shack Shakers Cockadoodledont album (bought the CD from Amazon and it's pretty awesome, punk rock meets alt bluegrass meets some serious drug use.

I partied with those guys back in 2007ish. I don't remember who they opened for but I certainly remember their set. I've never been big into the rockabilly thing but they blew me away. I've been to hundreds of shows and they're one of the ones that really stand out.

Yup, they certainly rock, in an alt, punkish, mega high energy genre-busting way. Just bought Cockadoodledon't from Amazon.

Samantha Fish - Bitch on the Run

Samantha Fish on four string cigar box slide guitar - Turn It Up & Miles To Go at the Gaildorfer Bluesfest April 2015. Ultra hot young woman with smoky voice and incredible guitar licks. (Although guitar is not what immediately springs to mind whenever I think of Samantha Fish and licks . . .) Vocal sound system wasn't too hot though, but the guitar track is awesome.

Note to bassist: Only mandolin players can get away with a manbun. Sorry, dude.
