im moving in two weeks so I started researching new music to grab before I leave. I realized I hadn't kept up I like 4 years!! all my stuff was old.

picked up nearly 40 new albums hahaha... oy... 100GB of mp3's and flacs now :D

im stoked! like some of the bands have 2 ablums out that I didn't even know about :D

hellyeah has two new ones... I thought they only had one. I like em too! sevendust's new album is good too.

Flacs are too big. I converted all of mine to 256kbs ogg. I don't have the equipment to take advantage of flac, and I just don't care that much. I grew up on crappy vinyl and tape, so it's all a big boost.

I'm listening to Market Place on NPR :^D

yeah im not that picky either. I prefer flac just because its a losses quality, meaning if I do want to compress it to put it on an ipod or something I wont lose anything.

but if all I can find is 320kbs mp3 Im ok with that too. on my gear, hearing the difference is arbitrary too.

never tried 256 ogg, but that's my absolute lowest I will fuck with when it comes to mp3's. I still have a bunch of 192kbs that im trying to upgrade from years ago. I hate the way they sound. so shitty.

Not really a big fan of theirs but this song comes up on Pandora every once in a while- I like it
