What movie was this, I remember like one thing about it.

I saw this movie like 10 years ago and remember liking it.

Basically it takes place in an underground research lab/facility and they are trying to find the cure for some disease or it may have even involved zombies. My parents watched it with me however, so I doubt it was zombies.

I'm pretty sure they are just trying to find the cure for a disease, how many 1970's movies like that could there be?

any ideas?
