what's In Brough

An _awesome_ movie. Absolutely loved it. I'm sure imdb can summarize better than I.

are you talking about In Bruges? The recent movie? Or is this something older

Right, In Bruges.

have you seen "He's Just not that into you"

I haven't but I heard it was funny. What did you think?

It's not bad. Better than stereotypical rom-coms.

Oh another suggestion in the same vein of rom-coms: Love Actually. I really enjoyed that one.

Is Dumb and Dumber before your time? Total slapstick but it is hilarious! I'd put this in my top 5 comedies ever list. Of movies I've seen more than once, this is probably the movie I have rewatched the most. If not, it is second in that category to Pulp Fiction.

"How to lose friends and alienate peopel" Simon Pegg, pretty funny

I trashed He's Just Not... when it came out, but my sister rented it and it was actually ok. I don't think it did anything new, but its just more polished and well done than most. I did not like How To Lose Friends..., it wasn't really funny and it was not a role that fit Pegg well. It didn't help that it had the snaggletooth, although Megan Fox kinda balanced it out (although her character kinda sucked too). Really, its kinda like a Devil Wears Prada but trying to be more satirical but devolves into basic boring comedy (like Bonfire of the Vanities).

Dumb and Dumber came out when I was a kid, but we've all probably seen it 20 times (not that we pass it up when it's on TV, though).

I think I saw Rounders years ago, but good suggestion, I'll probably watch it again.

We ended up watching Bottle Shock last night. A tiny bit drawn out at a couple parts, but overall we all enjoyed it:
In 1976, Steven Spurrier, a sommelier in Paris, comes to the Napa Valley to take the best he can find to Paris for a blind taste test against French wine. He meets Jim Barrett, whose Chateau Montelena is mortgaged to the hilt as Jim perfects his chardonnay. There's strain in Jim's relations with his hippie son Bo and his foreman Gustavo, a Mexican farmworker's son secretly making his own wine. Plus, there's Sam, a UC Davis graduate student and free spirit, mutually attracted to both Gustavo and Bo. As Spurrier organizes the "Judgment of Paris," Jim doesn't want to participate while Bo knows it's their only chance. Barrett's chardonnay has buttery notes and a Smithsonian finish.
