The wife and I are going to the movies tonight and this will be the first time in a year. 🙂

What do you recommend? I was thinking 300 or grindhouse.

I'm open to other suggestions. Suspense or dramas are fine too.

300 was just alright, in my opinion. i haven't seen grindhouse, but ive heard good things. i would go for 'the lookout'. i've heard great things (and its not 3 hrs long like grindhouse).

big Hopkins fan! This one got 3 stars too. that's at the top of my list now with Grindhouse.
 
Inside Man. You'll be going WTF? until the last 10 minutes. Then it comes together in the most bada$$ way possible.

It's out on DVD. Rent it.

I just came back from Fracture. It *is* good, a real cat-and-mouse game. If you're looking for thrills and chills this ain't the flick for you - go see 300 instead.
