Rat Race (can't believe how funny this movie was, I had dismal expectations about it)

Oh, and watch it at night because it hits you more then.
 
I rented Jay and Silent Bob last night. I had seen it before. You are not really going to find it very funny unless you have seen a bunch of other kevin smith movies

If you want a weird movie, rent Being John Malcovitch

just finished watching The Rock ... i recommend you rent this movie. I've seen it many many times already and never get bored.

Well, for those of you who haven't seen it, the movie is an example of when something immoral can be very beautiful. It questions norms of human behavior and hopefully makes us think about what is important and right in our lives and what should be upheld and valued.

do a google search if you're interested and read some plot summaries.

Can't be any better than the scene in We Were Soldiers with the one guy grabbing the legs of the burned fellow. That was disturbing.

I'll guarantee you that the "banquet" scene is more disturbing then any bloody, horrible, squeamy scene you've ever seen in a war movie. I'm old, and as jaded as one can get when it comes to movies, and that one almost made me puke.

i picked up Memento today at Hollywood Video... i've heard good things about it... maybe that's another one to consider
