I thought Ronin had the best car chase scenes, but after watching Bourne Supremacy again that might be the number one. Even the first Bourne movie had a good car chase scene.

Blues Brothers

+1

And all of Fury Road.

Steve McQueen didn't have a Posi in his 390 Mustang. My Challenger 340 MAG RS would handle and walk all over both them cars and STOP Faster.

The chase in Ronin is pretty good, but the rest of the movie might as well be a comedy.

The French Connection is solid, The Driver has a couple great scenes, and The Road Warrior's finale is fantastic, then you have the chases in Raiders of the Lost Ark, and The Last Crusade. All that said, my personal favorite might be To Live and Die in L.A.

As an honorable mention, The French Connection II has a really great foot chase of sorts.

Blues brothers, die hard with a vengeance and the original robocop

"Can you fly Bobby?"

Gone in 60 seconds without a doubt in my mind. Also eleanor one of the sexiest car's ever to exist so that weighs heavily in my mind.

Hell most from the 70's were fantastic, they focused a fair amount of movie time to car chase scenes. Granted they weren't as over the top impossible as today's but I think they are far superior though I haven't' seen a whole lot of modern day ones but the Furious movies were retardly stupid imo.

I'm surprised the axle didn't fly off with the amount of wheel hop it had. Continuity errors in the chase scene are somewhat laughable. But I love the movie and it set the standard for car chases.

Also like that Duel was mentioned. Great film.
