I think "Homeward Bound" is the only flick that ever made me cry. When I was twelve. When I was first experiencing female hormonal overload. (Scene were the old dog limps back to his young owner.)

Plenty of books have made me cry though. Most recently, end of Les Miserables where Jean Val Jean dies just as everyone suddenly realizes how good he is, when the isolated him from everything that made his life worth living because they thought he was a criminal.

Return of the King

When I realize that goddarn hobbit just wasn't going to die and he lies on that volcano spewing off crap about flowers in his hometown and OMGicouldn'ttakeitanymorewhycan't_hejustdie?! I got so frustrated I teared up. Am I the only one annoyed at that wide-eyed fat-necked hobbit?

*puts on flame suit and stares at oncoming wave of LOTR fans running towards me, dressed in costumes and missing work to kill me*

Indecent Proposal

We were just watching this yesterday, and both my husband and I got teary eyed at the part where Woody Harrelson changed his mind about what they were doing and goes chasing after her, but it was too late and she was already gone.

Shrek 2...that god dang I need a hero song gets me every time; and Jessica Saunders can sing it much better than Benny Taylor or whoever sang it back in the day.

And uhh, The Snow Queen, that was a sad play.

Bonnie Tyler. I agree, whoever sang it during the movie did a great job. Too bad that version isn't on the soundtrack. Not that I know of, anyway.

It might be...I was able to download a full version of it w/o interuption, but I dont know about on the soundtrack

I went back and looked at the soundtrack at the store again, it does have that version after all so I bought it. The name of the singer is Jennifer Saunders.

Forrest Gump was a good one. Didn't cry but very close.
Notebook is a tear jerker. My eyes were moist but didn't cry.

any movie that deals with love, i cry in. even if its totally not the main point of the movie.

case in point, Independence Day...when will smith is going into space and saying bye to his wife, I cried.

tightly clutching my man card....
