Logitech dual optical mouse and microsoft internet keyboard. I would never use a different mouse after this. Every other optical mouse I've had has spun out on my during games and killed me numerous times, but this is the best thing I've ever used.

Microsoft Internet Keyboard Pro and a Logitech Dual Optical. I love the Logitech dual optical it makes playing FPS games so much easier to aim because the crosshairs don't jump around if you want to move just a little bit.
